all across India. There is no extra delivery charges we pay on our
customers all our products are free shipping and delivery. Most of our
products you can order through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online
Payment also.
You will receive all the order updates on
your e-mail address or Via SMS and our delivery person will contact you on

situation some orders may get delayed by few days, depending on your

How to Cancel Order?
You can raise order cancellation request
within 5 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email
with your order ID (Example - #00000) and the reason for cancellation. Remember
the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our
site you will see your order id on Account Section. Send us the email on contact@cityonshop.com or
you can contact us through Social Media Platforms.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic Situation we are
changing Our Policy they are:-
If product which you received has been Damaged
or Completely Changed Which you order then You can return your items within 2-3
days of receipt of your shipment.

the original packaging

Size issue not returnable & refundable (Please select your Correct

How do I return?

approved we will process to return your product ASAP.

your order number, Registered Phone number, One photo of product &
Reason to return product in the message bar and send us.
- Follow
the instructions send some photo of the items you want to
return.

will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return
request is approved.

How soon will I get my
refund?
- Once
your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or Your
registered Phone number to notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If
you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working
days.
COVID-19-UPDATE
We have recently seen an increase in shipping delays due to restrictions on postage centers and logistics services according to area location restrictions, which are changing from day to day. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks from dispatch (4 weeks for ball pits, play mats and bunny swings), we will of course still honor our customer refund guaranteed and provide a refund in full for your order.
