We have recently seen an increase in shipping delays due to restrictions on postage centers and logistics services according to area location restrictions, which are changing from day to day. As such there may be a 1-2 week delay on top of our usual shipping times, which can be found in the Shipping & Delivery information link below.

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks from dispatch (4 weeks for ball pits, play mats and bunny swings), we will of course still honor our customer refund guaranteed and provide a refund in full for your order.

We will deliver your order in 7-8 business days all across India. There is no extra delivery charges we pay on our customers all our products are free shipping and delivery. Most of our products you can order through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online Payment also.
You will receive all the order updates on your e-mail address or Via SMS and our delivery person will contact you on your given mobile number before coming to your address.
