3. If you have CityOnShop account then simply login to your account

4. Then click on user account icon you will see your all orders

5. Click on Order ID ( #0000 ) Which order detail you want to know you will see your all product details with address and payment receipt .

If you have not CityOnShop account then :

Please enter your Order ID (Exp : #0000 ) on our social media platforms and wait for response we will get back with your order details

You will receive your Order ID with order details on your given Email address or via SMS on Mobile number when you place your product.

Our team will give you response after some time Once your order ID will updated

We will respond you ASAP with your Order Details.
